Summary: The SAP SD/Warranty Consultant role involves supporting a major SAP development and transformation program within a complex enterprise environment. The consultant will focus on delivering and supporting SAP SD and Warranty Management solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize processes. This position requires extensive experience in SAP SD configuration and warranty management, along with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. The role is contract-based, starting as soon as possible, with a duration of six months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP SD & Warranty Solution Delivery
  • Lead implementation and support activities across: SAP SD Warranty Management
  • Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP SD and Warranty functionality
  • Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders
  • Identify process gaps, risks, and optimisation opportunities
  • Act as the functional liaison between: Business users and Technical and development teams
  • Support: Pricing procedure configuration and Warranty process setup and optimisation
  • Functional troubleshooting and defect resolution
  • Investigate and resolve high-priority issues and production incidents
  • Support change requests, transports, and system enhancements
  • Prepare and maintain: Functional design documentation, Test cases and execution results, Process and solution documentation
  • Support: UAT and regression testing
  • Hypercare and post-go-live support
  • Provide ad-hoc user training and knowledge transfer

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in: SAP SD configuration and support, SAP Warranty Management and VMS
  • Strong expertise in: Pricing procedures, Warranty configuration, OTC and customer service processes
  • Strong understanding of integrations with: FICO, MM, PP, EWM
  • Proven ability to: Manage multiple deliverables and priorities, Work independently within enterprise delivery environments
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
