Summary: The SAP P2P (MM) Consultant role involves supporting a large-scale SAP transformation program within the automotive and manufacturing sector. The consultant will focus on delivering end-to-end SAP Materials Management (MM) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions, including design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. This position requires collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and optimization of SAP processes. The role is contract-based, starting ASAP and lasting for 12 months, with a hybrid working arrangement in Warwickshire, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions for SAP MM Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Configure and implement end-to-end SAP MM functionality, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification.
- Design, build, test, and deploy SAP MM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Drive adoption of standard SAP best practices and support process optimization across procurement and inventory operations.
- Prepare and execute functional design documentation, configuration rationales, and test scripts (UT, UAT, Regression).
- Support cutover activities and provide hypercare and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and integration and delivery teams.
- Act as the liaison between business and technical teams throughout delivery.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in SAP MM configuration and support.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Pricing and account determination.
- Proven experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end SAP MM implementations.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional SAP integrations and manufacturing and automotive processes.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently.
