Summary: This role is for a strategic freelance SAP Enterprise Architect who will facilitate collaboration between business and IT stakeholders in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance domains. The architect will be responsible for defining the enterprise architecture roadmap and driving the S/4HANA transformation. The position requires a minimum of two days on-site work per week in the South of Paris, France, and is part of a long-term transformation program. The start date is ASAP, focusing on a greenfield SAP S/4HANA On-Premise implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise architecture activities across the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
• Define and align target operating models across: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance
• Drive end-to-end business process harmonization and integration
• Support solution design workshops with business and system integrators
• Ensure alignment between enterprise architecture, SAP capabilities, and business objectives
• Define governance, standards, and architectural principles for the S/4HANA landscape
• Collaborate with program leadership, PMO, and functional streams
• Support roadmap planning, integration strategy, and deployment governance
• Challenge and validate solution designs proposed by implementation partners
• Identify risks, dependencies, and transformation impacts across business functions

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience as SAP Enterprise Architect on large-scale transformation programs
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ideally on greenfield implementations
• Proven experience across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance processes
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration and end-to-end business architecture
• Experience working in complex international industrial/manufacturing environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both executive business stakeholders and technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience working with system integrators and offshore delivery models
