Summary: The SAP Commissions (Callidus) Application Support Lead is responsible for overseeing on-site production support for a critical incentive compensation platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily production support operations, managing incident queues and maintaining SLA performance
  • Own end-to-end incident and problem management, including RCA and corrective actions
  • Plan and execute configuration changes, releases, and regression testing (CAB governance)
  • Maintain application configuration (plans, rules, rate tables, hierarchies, security)
  • Oversee EIM data loads, validations, reconciliations, and pipeline monitoring
  • Ensure payout accuracy, period close validation, and payroll integration sign-off
  • Drive performance optimisation, stability improvements, and automation opportunities
  • Produce service reporting (SLA metrics, trends, risks) and maintain SOPs/runbooks
  • Support audits, enforce access controls, and ensure compliance standards
  • Coach and mentor support analysts, maintaining a strong knowledge base

Contract: 6 Months

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Commissions (Callidus) Application Support Lead to take full ownership of on-site production support for a business-critical incentive compensation platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll act as the single point of accountability for incident, problem, and change management, ensuring the day-to-day stability of commissions operations while working closely with Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and SAP Support.
