Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage an end-to-end plan across various workstreams to deliver programme outputs.
- Manage programme and project budgets, risks, and governance & reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders and the Salesforce 3rd Party integrator to communicate progress and collect inputs.
- Develop, validate, and refine project and programme plans, ensuring team clarity on contributions.
- Provide delivery leadership, harmonising processes between teams and collecting inputs for plans.
- Take ownership to unblock obstacles and drive teams to maintain momentum.
- Facilitate key conversations across cross-functional teams and 3rd parties to meet dependencies.

Key Responsibilities
What you’ll bring to the table
- This is a multiple system/platform programme and you will need to build and manage an end-to-end plan across various workstreams to deliver the outputs of this programme
- Manage programme & project budgets, risks and operating programme governance & reporting
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation as well as close engagement with the Salesforce 3rd Party integrator to communicate progress and collect key inputs
- Develop, Validate and continually refine the project and programme plans, and ensure teams are clear on their contributions and are keeping them on track
- Delivery leadership, working both in the detail and at the programme level. Managing delivery processes, harmonising between teams, and collecting input from multiple teams to develop plans which you then clearly communicate across the programme and stakeholder teams
- Take ownership to unblock obstacles, drives the teams to keep momentum, and surfaces decisions and conflicts in a timely and proactive way
- Facilitate key cadences and conversations across cross functional teams and 3rd parties to ensure dependencies are well met
Key Skills & Experience
- A Senior Programme Manager, who is also comfortable in the detail and able to flex in to project management tasks when needed
- Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and familiarity with with salesforce suite
- Proven track record in delivering multi year salesforce implementations, and working with 3rd party SIs
- Strong communicator - who is able to drive key decisions to keep programme on track
- Strong attention to detail to keep plans on track
