- Progress sales efficiently by reviewing marketing strategies and minimizing fall-throughs and withdrawals.
- Negotiate the best offer for clients with integrity and tenacity.
- Represent the brand with knowledge of the UK property market and maintain a well-presented appearance.
- Contribute to the team's knowledge base and make proactive suggestions for improvement.
- Cover colleagues’ work in their absence.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards, logging information timely and escalating concerns as necessary.

Seniority Mid-level Team Sales Closing 6:00pm, 9th March 2026 GMT Purpose The Sales Advisor manages a portfolio of sales from launching onto the market through to completion, and ensures we deliver a world-class service to our clients by proactively managing interest, negotiating offers and management of the conveyancing process. The Sales Advisor secures revenue and return business through a knowledgeable, creative and tenacious approach and ensures sales are compliant with regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, transparent and streamlined customer experience to create promoters of the brand, in pursuit of building our community and return customers
- Maximise revenue through exchanges from your portfolio of homes, underpinned by a creative, commercial approach
- Progress sales as efficiently as possible by regularly reviewing marketing strategies and once an offer is agreed. Minimising fall throughs and withdrawals
- Negotiating the best offer for your clients with integrity and tenacity
- Represent the brand by being articulate, design literate, knowledgeable about the UK property market and well-presented
- Contribute to the knowledge base of your team by sharing your learned experience and make proactive suggestions in pursuit of continuous improvement.

- Ensure we meet ethical and legal standards (anti-money laundering and GDPR) by logging information in a timely manner, and escalating concerns to someone senior if necessary.
