Summary: This role as a Retail Business Consultant at Goodyear involves supporting the growth of the fleet service network through business development, operational support, and project coordination. The consultant will work closely with fleet service providers to ensure brand standards and effective delivery of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with fleet service providers to deliver business plans, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities
  • Analyse sales and operational data to support pricing, profitability, and service strategy decisions
  • Coordinate rollout of new programs, systems, and tools across service partners and IT platforms
  • Maintain brand, process, and retail standards through audits, compliance checks, and follow-up actions
  • Plan and deliver projects, workshops, and training to strengthen partner capability and engagement
  • Provide operational support including contract management, audit preparation, onboarding, and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive network performance, retention, and continuous improvement
