Summary: The Workday Integration Lead is responsible for supporting the design, development, testing, and maintenance of integrations within Workday. This role requires a strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of Workday implementation, including various modules. The position involves analyzing integration architectures and preparing documentation while ensuring smooth operational handover to the production support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand end-to-end integration architectures, including upstream and downstream system dependencies.
- Develop integrations across one or more workstreams, including planning, estimation, execution, testing, deployment, and post-production hypercare.
- Strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of Workday implementation including Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time tracking Modules.
- Prepare and maintain integration design documentation including architecture diagrams, mappings, and transformation logic.
- Support knowledge transfer and operational handover to the production support team.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Workday integration development.
- Strong analytical skills for understanding integration architectures.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time tracking Modules.
