Summary: The Workday HR Time & Labor and Absence Lead is responsible for enhancing Workday HCM solutions for a key client, requiring deep expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and support of Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Time & Labor and Absence Management
- Manage day-to-day Workday HCM support activities, including issue resolution and enhancements
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Configure business processes, time calculations, accruals, leave plans, and validations
- Support Workday releases, testing cycles (UAT), and production deployments
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices across Workday modules
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Workday HCM
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management
