Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and support of Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Time & Labor and Absence Management
  • Manage day-to-day Workday HCM support activities, including issue resolution and enhancements
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Configure business processes, time calculations, accruals, leave plans, and validations
  • Support Workday releases, testing cycles (UAT), and production deployments
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
