Summary: The Workday Analyst role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert for various Workday modules, providing functional support, and managing security administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Financials, HCM, SCM, and Adaptive Planning modules.
- Provide functional support, including configuration updates, troubleshooting, release management, and translating business requirements into Workday solutions.
- Lead and manage Workday Security Administration, including design and maintenance of security roles, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, ensuring secure data migrations and optimized integration performance.
- Support authentication strategies (such as SSO and MFA) and environment access controls.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics, ensuring secure and compliant data access.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support ongoing enhancements and functional improvements within Workday.
- Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement remediation for security and integration issues.
- Leverage 7+ years of experience across multiple Workday modules and at least 4 years in Security Administration.
- Utilize strong expertise in Workday integrations, troubleshooting, and security configuration.
