Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and support Windows Server and Microsoft Modern Desktop technologies (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Defender, Information Protection).
  • Administer and optimize on-prem Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and user profile management.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain server/desktop images and support enterprise-level system build processes.
  • Lead automation initiatives for patching, deployment, and system management using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
  • Ensure compliance and security standards are enforced across all Windows platforms.
  • Integrate and manage Infoblox services for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute a scalable service delivery roadmap.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in implementation, configuration, support, and roadmap execution of Intune, SCCM, patching automation, PowerShell scripting.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering and scaling enterprise-class Windows administration services.
