Summary: The Content Management Specialist is tasked with the daily production of high-quality content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in publishing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Converting text to HTML or XML as dictated by publishing tools and inserting all associated assets (images, video, hyperlinks, tables, etc.).
  • Proofreads all published content to ensure visually and grammatically correct publication as part of daily quality assurance of assigned content.
  • Manages time and sets priorities to meet publishing plans. Troubleshoot issues. Participates in continuous process improvement.
  • Provides ongoing monitoring of processes and technologies and recommends improvements in support of this goal: Providing technical solutions that allow for the efficient and quality production/processing of published materials.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
  • Enter and format structured content using DITA and HTML in AEM Guides and Sitecore.
  • Work with Word documents, images, etc., for content updates and publishing.
  • Apply and update metadata following system standards.
  • QA to ensure we maintain synchronized content between Sitecore and AEM.
  • Collaborate with analyst and specialist teammates to troubleshoot issues and meet deadlines.

  • A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a production/publishing related field or seven (7) years of work experience in a production/media-related field.
  • Project management experience, especially in a fast-paced environment.
