Summary: The UX/UI Designer role focuses on refining and enhancing an existing prototype to meet evolving business requirements and user needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse the existing prototype and identify required updates based on stakeholder feedback and new requirements.
- Apply UX/UI improvements to enhance usability, consistency, and interaction flows.
- Ensure the prototype aligns with the product vision, scope, and defined user journeys.
- Translate business and functional requirements into actionable design updates.
- Lead alignment discussions with business stakeholders.
- Quickly resolve UX challenges across navigation, screen layout, and interaction flows.
- Update or expand UI components using the existing design system.
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to branding and product guidelines.
- Create new components where necessary.
- Work closely with front-end UI developers for smooth handover.
- Provide ongoing UX/UI clarifications during development cycles.
- Perform pixel-perfect validation of front-end implementation.
- Conduct small-scale usability checks when applicable.
- Integrate user feedback into iterative design updates.
- Keep all design documentation (wireframes, components, interactions) fully up to date.
- Prepare detailed annotated specs for developers.
- Track and manage design change requests.
- Provide effort estimations for proposed adjustments.
- Maintain structured version control across multiple design iterations.
Key Skills:
- Advanced Figma expertise, including component and variant creation, design system management, high-fidelity prototyping, interactions, and micro-animations.
