Summary: The IT - Test Engineer III (Customer Acceptance Tester) role involves executing tests, creating test scenarios, and collaborating with development teams to ensure software quality in a cloud environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform test execution and provide ad hoc testing support.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios to validate software functionality and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and address software defects.
  • Conduct user story demonstrations and showcase software functionality to clients.
  • Ensure software quality meets specified expectations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Role/Duties:
Test Execution: Perform test execution and provide ad hoc testing support. Work hand-in-hand with the business owner and provide support, feedback, and test results across all SDLC phases.
Test Scenario Creation: Develop and execute test scenarios to validate software functionality and user requirements.
Defect Resolution: Collaborate with the development team to identify and address software defects.
