Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development and testing of digital registers to ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2 or equivalent)
  • Improve operational efficiency for administrative users
  • Enhance user experience and interface design quality
  • Optimise interactions with online services
  • Ensure compliance with data protection legislation
  • Maintain and enhance automated regression test suites
  • Contribute to system support, sustainability, and reduction of technical debt
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with communities of practice to share testing knowledge and standards
  • Ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, accessibility, maintainability, deployability)

  • Proven commercial experience in web and single-page application testing
  • User story shaping, acceptance criteria definition, and test scenario design
  • Structured exploratory testing

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst with strong commercial experience in testing modern web applications to support a high-profile product domain within a national public sector organisation. You will join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary agile team delivering resilient, high-quality digital services.
