Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact managing the Customer Planning Forecasting and Replenishment of LSB's Walmart business.
- Interface regularly with Walmart's Merchandise Operations, Supplier Solutions, and Merchant teams to provide best in class service.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within the Supply Chain organization to proactively communicate customer inventory needs and mitigate supply shortages.
- Ensure the effective management of open orders to achieve on-time delivery.
- Oversee the ordering, processing, and delivery of various Walmart promotions/special packs programs.
- Support the Customer Supply Chain Manager in managing the Walmart business.
- Utilize LSB's 3rd Party Data Service to create and share weekly customer reporting.
Key Skills:
