Summary: The Senior Technical Consultant for ServiceNow Agentic AI will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI Agents to address business challenges within the client's Center of Excellence team. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, although deep AI experience is not mandatory. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and a quick learning aptitude to adapt to the emerging field of Agentic AI. This position is remote and focuses on collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver effective AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client’s COE team to define business problems and design effective AI-driven solutions using ServiceNow Agentic AI.
- Develop, configure, and deploy AI Agents and associated workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and AI automation use cases.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and prototype solutions to validate AI agent behavior and outcomes.
- Optimize existing processes and enhance decision automation capabilities through intelligent agent design.
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and thought leadership on AI-enabled process improvements.
- Work independently to drive deliverables, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and business stakeholders.
