Summary: The Sr. PeopleSoft HCM Project Manager will oversee critical and complex projects within the IT Shared Services department, reporting to the Assistant Director. This role requires extensive hands-on experience in managing multiple PeopleSoft projects, particularly in the WFA and ePerformance areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to drive projects to completion while holding team members accountable. A comprehensive understanding of various PeopleSoft modules is highly beneficial for success in this position.

Sr. PeopleSoft HCM Project Manager reporting directly to the Assistant Director of IT Shared Services. Must have relevant hands-on experience managing critical and complex projects. This person may be responsible for managing projects within the WFA, ePerformance space, but highly beneficial if they had overall PeopleSoft project management module (Benefits, GL, Payroll, Absence Management, etc.) knowledge or experience.
Manage more than one project based on complexity or criticality (must have skill set as it is highly likely they will have more than one project)
