Summary: The role of ServiceNow Developer with AI agent experience involves developing and enhancing AI Agent products while ensuring strong documentation and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance AI Agent products, including Technical Design Agents and Configuration Agents
- Perform testing and quality assurance for AI-enabled delivery
- Conduct peer reviews, smoke testing, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with teams across EMEA, APAC, and AMS
- Support ongoing refinement of agent logic, prompts, and behaviors
- Document processes and solutions effectively
