We are seeking an experienced Sr. ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in CMDB, SAM/HAM, and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to support large-scale ServiceNow initiatives for a major public-sector client. This role will focus on automating business processes, enhancing ServiceNow capabilities, supporting software releases, and driving platform improvements across enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will bring deep ServiceNow development experience, strong SDLC knowledge, and hands-on implementation expertise with CMDB and IT Asset Management solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and administering ServiceNow solutions including CMDB, SAM/HAM, ITSM, ITBM/SPM, Flow Designer, integrations, and enterprise workflow automation. Candidates should possess strong scripting and platform configuration skills with experience in Client Scripts, Business Rules, Data Policies, ACLs, integrations, reporting, and platform upgrades. Excellent communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills are required.
This role will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, develop scalable solutions, support release management activities, troubleshoot platform issues, and maintain operational excellence across the ServiceNow ecosystem. Candidates must be comfortable working independently while collaborating within Agile environments and supporting ongoing modernization initiatives.
