Summary: The Senior Scrum Master position at Vega is a fully remote role aimed at candidates located on the East Coast to align with Eastern Time Zone operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching teams on cloud data and analytics platforms, business intelligence platforms, API and interoperability platforms, and data services platforms.
- Leading data platform administration, DataOps, or data operations teams.
- Driving accountability for program success.
- Organizing data and creating metrics/reports/dashboards.
- Facilitating change management and conflict resolution.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Lean Agile values, principles, and practices.
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaling frameworks like SAFe.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Agile tools.
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification required.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSP) and Certified Scrum Professional preferred.

Job Requirement:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and industry standard Agile tools., Advanced
