Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive execution of 3-5 concurrent enterprise programs
- Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks
- Lead status reporting and executive communications
- Manage escalations and issue resolution processes
- Support and mentor junior Project/Program Managers
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Corporate Communications, and Business Leadership teams
- Coordinate internal office movements and workspace restructuring
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams for entity decommissioning initiatives
- Align internal tools and infrastructure with enterprise standards
- Coordinate with technology teams on implementation activities
