Summary: The role of Senior Civil Engineer involves supporting a civil engineering consultancy with a focus on infrastructure design for large-scale commercial, industrial, and educational projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical design independently and manage projects through to approval.
- Work on large-scale commercial, industrial, and education schemes focusing on infrastructure.
- Develop SuDS strategies and drainage design (foul & surface water).
- Design estate roads and highways, including S104, S38 & S278 technical approvals.
- Support projects from feasibility through to detailed design.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in infrastructure/drainage design.
- Strong background in delivering commercial or large-scale development projects.
- Experience with Civils 3D and InfoDrainage software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience liaising with local authorities and stakeholders.

The Opportunity
We’re working with a well-established civil engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to support a growing pipeline of infrastructure design work. This is a fully remote contract role, ideal for someone confident delivering technical design independently and managing projects through to approval.
Project Work
You’ll be working primarily on large-scale commercial, industrial, and education schemes, focusing on the infrastructure that supports these developments, including:
- Private roads
- Drainage networks
- External works infrastructure
Scope of Work
