Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more SAP workstreams (Finance, Logistics, Technical, Security, or HCM), driving Agile delivery within a large transformation program.
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Functional Leads, and Technical Architects to ensure clear sprint goals and actionable user stories.
  • Monitor sprint progress, manage dependencies, identify blockers, and coordinate resolutions across functional and technical teams.
  • Maintain Jira/Azure Boards, track velocity, burndown charts, and ensure high-quality documentation of deliverables.
  • Promote Agile best practices, enforce team accountability, and support continuous improvement across SAP teams.
  • Collaborate with PMO to ensure alignment with overall program milestones, timelines, and reporting.
  • Identify risks, communicate status, and escalate issues proactively to program leadership.
  • Support testing cycles, release planning, deployment scheduling, and cross-workstream coordination.

Key Skills:

  • 7-10 years Scrum Master experience with at least 3+ years supporting SAP programs (S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, BTP, or multi-module implementations).
  • Strong understanding of SAP project structures, functional dependencies, and integration points.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Agile/Scrum certification preferred (CSM, PSM, SAFe).
