Summary: An experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant is sought to support German payroll operations through end-to-end application support, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP ECP. The role requires compliance with German legislation and seamless payroll operations. Candidates must be fluent in German and English and based in Germany for this fully remote position. The contract is for 6 months with potential extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end application support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Configure and improve SAP ECP to ensure compliance with German payroll legislation.
- Manage payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and time evaluation.
- Handle payroll integrations with banks, finance systems, and third-party vendors.
- Engage with stakeholders and work independently to meet project goals.
