Summary: The role of SAP OpenText / S/4HANA Transformation Consultant involves supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programmes within a high-performing SAP practice. The consultant will deliver complex solutions, act as a technical SME, and engage with stakeholders on S/4HANA and RISE with SAP initiatives. This position requires hands-on experience and collaboration with both onshore and offshore teams. The consultant will also contribute to solution design and innovation in SAP use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver OpenText solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA
  • Act as a technical SME across OpenText and SAP platforms
  • Support S/4HANA transformation programmes (greenfield / brownfield)
  • Design and implement integrations across SAP, OpenText, and cloud platforms
  • Provide advisory input into architecture, delivery, and best practice
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore delivery teams
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and client-side technical leads
  • Contribute to innovation, optimisation, and future-facing SAP use cases

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with OpenText
  • Proven delivery experience on SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
  • Deep understanding of OpenText integrations within SAP landscapes
  • Experience working in large consulting or SI environments
  • Strong technical background with the ability to advise at solution level
  • Comfortable working in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments
  • Highly Desirable Experience SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), particularly Public Cloud
  • Experience with RISE with SAP programmes
  • Exposure to SAP Analytics, AI-driven use cases, or innovation projects
  • Experience with niche SAP products (e.g. Kinaxis)
  • Background in leading or supporting SAP/OpenText practices
