Summary: Whitehall Resources is seeking a SAP HR / ECP Support Consultant for a 1-month contract, primarily remote with occasional visits to Surrey. The consultant will support system build, integration, testing, and payroll processing during the project. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-supplier environment. The position is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support system build and integration to EC, testing, and test scripting.
- Conduct UAT remediation and parallel payroll processing prior to cutover.
- Configure SAP ECP solutions according to industry best practices.
- Provide estimates for delivery and support functional teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare quality documentation artifacts such as Solution Documents and Functional Specifications.
- Mentor and support the development of team members.
Key Skills:
- Experience as an SAP Payroll consultant with knowledge of project lifecycles and live support environments.
- Strong functional HCM knowledge in Payroll, Personnel Admin, and Country Legal Changes.
- Excellent communication skills for presentations to senior stakeholders.
- UK and/or KSA Payroll experience with knowledge in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Expertise in writing Payroll PCR SCHEMA.
- Good knowledge of interfaces to third-party vendors.

Whitehall Resources require a SAP HR / ECP Support Consultant to work with a key client on a 1 month contract.
*This role will be mostly remote working with possible occasional visits to Surrey.

SAP HR / ECP Support Consultant
Your role
You’ll be joining the team during the build phase and shall support system build and integration to EC, Testing and test scripting, UAT remediation and parallel Payroll processing prior to the cutover and Early Life Support. As part of your work, you will:
* Be able to work in a multi supplier environment to deliver projects on time
* Configure SAP ECP solutions according to industry best practices
* Be able to impact your work and provide estimates for its delivery
* Support and liaise closely with your corresponding functional teams to resolve issues, provide solutions, and offer support to meet delivery obligations
* Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of a business
* Be able to mentor and support the development of your team
* Prepare quality documentation artefacts such as Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs, etc
Your skills and experience
You will be:
* An experienced SAP Payroll consultant who has gained experience from working through multiple project lifecycles and/or in Live Support environments ideally within the Public Sector
* A team player with strong functional HCM knowledge (in Payroll, Personnel Admin, and Country Legal Changes) and broader technical awareness (in things such as ABAP, BASIS, Security, Integration, etc.)
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
* Innovative and open minded in your thinking with a passion for change and dynamic working in a team providing a first-class service to our client
* Must have UK and/or KSA Payroll experience in current project good knowledge in end-to-end Payroll processing and Year end processing
* Expertise in writing Payroll PCR SCHEMA is a must.
* Good knowledge on interfaces to Third Party vendors.
* Other country Payroll experience would be an added advantage.
* Very good written and verbal communication skills.
