Summary: The Salesforce Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business strategies, requiring a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams, overseeing data modeling and integration, and ensuring compliance with architecture standards. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Heroku and Salesforce Data Cloud, along with a strong background in IT architecture. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document solution architecture that aligns with enterprise standards and business goals. Translate business needs into IT solutions and roadmaps.
- Guide cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment phases. Ensure architecture compliance and delivery quality.
- Oversee data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), declarative automation, and environment management. Hands-on experience and knowledge of Heroku and Data Cloud.
- Evangelize architecture governance, communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, and ensure documentation and testing protocols are in place.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce professionals, promote diversity and inclusion, and foster a collaborative, learning-oriented environment.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 8-10 years in IT Architecture; 5+ years leading Salesforce projects
- Strong SDLC experience (Agile/Waterfall)
- Experience with Heroku and Salesforce Data Cloud
- Experience with Azure
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or other Salesforce Architect certifications (preferred)
- Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and ArchiMate modeling (preferred)
