Salesforce FSL Senior Developer

Summary: The Salesforce FSL Senior Developer role involves participating in design sessions to understand business processes and field service requirements, with a focus on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL). Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in design sessions with clients to deeply understand business processes and field service requirements.
• Showcase real 2-3 implementation experience on FSL.
• Define the optimal scheduling strategy by configuring and deploying complex scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives within ESO.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team, ensuring all configurations and customizations (Apex, LWC, Flows) adhere to architectural standards and FSL best practices.
• Work hands-on with FSL configuration, including the data model (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources), territories, and capacity-based resource planning.
• 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2-3 years as a lead developer.
• Extensive, hands-on experience specifically with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and its managed package.

• Excellent knowledge in Sales/Service Cloud.
