Summary: The SAFe Agile Coach in the healthcare sector is responsible for leading the implementation and transformation of the SAFe framework across teams and programs. This role involves coaching various stakeholders, facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning events, and driving Agile delivery excellence. The coach will also develop and execute an Agile transformation roadmap while promoting an Agile mindset throughout the organization.

  • Support teams in transitioning from traditional delivery to Agile/SAFe.

  • Ensure alignment of business objectives, team commitments, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Support backlog readiness and prioritization.
  • Improve team performance by removing impediments, enhancing collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Introduce best practices in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile delivery.
