Summary: The Workday HCM Functional Consultant role focuses on providing production support and leading implementation activities for Workday HCM modules. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day production support across Workday HCM modules
- Support payroll administrators during payroll processing and execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll, benefits, Time & Labor, data, and configuration issues
- Participate in end-to-end Workday implementations and migration projects
- Lead and support data conversion activities and data reconciliation
- Conduct and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support production cutover planning and execution
- Design and lead Workday integrations with third-party systems
- Work with technical teams on integration troubleshooting and data flow validations
- Provide post go-live support and hypercare
- Resolve production issues and ensure system stability
- Work closely with business users to improve processes
