Summary: The Senior Quality Automation Engineer is responsible for designing automated test strategies and validating AI-generated test suites to ensure comprehensive test coverage across complex workflows. This role involves collaboration with AI Spec QA and Software Development teams to uphold quality standards for features. The engineer will also mentor junior team members and contribute to synthetic data generation and scenario modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design automation strategies that leverage AI spec driven test generation
• Validate and refine AI generated tests and User Story specifications and acceptance criteria
• Lead testing for complex features or integrations
• Mentor junior QEs
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure testability and CI/CD integration
• Contribute to synthetic data generation and scenario modeling
• Sign off on release readiness based on risk

Key Skills:

• C# Development Strong Object-Oriented Programming knowledge including design patterns
• REST API services leverage Test Pyramid for development of regression test suites
• Kubernetes application clusters general knowledge for troubleshooting service failures
• Playwright web automation for testing front-end pages
• SQL Server for analysis of Transact SQL defect identification
• 4+ years in QA test automation, including mobile and/or web, SQL, API, UI, service, and performance.
• Strong automation skills (frameworks, scripting, CI/CD, design patterns)
• Experience testing complex systems or healthcare workflows, with preference in a regulated environment
• Understanding of risk-based test design and defect analysis
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or relevant field.
