Summary: The role of Oracle Fusion Cloud Expenses Functional Consultant involves leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Expenses across four countries. The consultant will collaborate with business users, finance stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure a scalable and compliant expenses solution. Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials Expenses and experience with global implementations are essential for success in this position. The role requires hands-on leadership throughout various project phases, including discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Expenses for a multi-country rollout.
- Conduct discovery sessions and functional workshops with finance, accounting, and business users to gather and document requirements.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions aligned with business processes and Oracle best practices.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Expenses including expense categories, policies, approval workflows, auditing rules, and validations.
- Lead and manage CRP, SIT, and UAT phases, ensuring functional completeness and business sign-off.
- Design and lead major integrations with corporate credit card providers and third-party expense systems.
- Oversee data loads and conversions into Oracle Fusion Expenses, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using Oracle tools (FBDI, REST APIs, OIC) and validate functional outcomes.
- Work closely with QA teams to define test scenarios, review test results, and resolve defects.
- Provide post go-live support, stabilization, and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
- Prepare and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user training materials.
