Job Title: Project Manager Packaging & Labeling (Rebranding)

Duration: 12+ Months (Extension Possible)

Role Overview

This role is a hands-on Project Manager position, responsible for leading end-to-end rebranding supply projects focused on packaging and labeling within a medical device environment. The Project Manager will drive execution, timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination across manufacturing, supply chain, and global regulatory SKUs.

This is not a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role the focus is on project delivery and coordination, not deep technical or regulatory ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for packaging and labeling rebranding initiatives (e.g., 3M branding to Solventum branding)
• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, and issue mitigation to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and global cross-functional teams
• Coordinate activities across global SKUs, ensuring continuity of supply and regulatory alignment
• Drive execution across multiple concurrent projects at different lifecycle stages
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership
• Support process improvements related to project execution and delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering end-to-end projects
• Experience leading packaging and labeling projects, preferably in rebranding or supply initiatives
• Background in the medical device industry
• Experience working with global regulatory SKUs
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience collaborating with manufacturing teams
• Self-motivated, organized, and execution-focused

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Supply chain or manufacturing domain experience
• Exposure to Power BI or Power Apps.
