Summary: The Program Manager/Project Manager role focuses on overseeing IT activities related to the separation and disentanglement of commercial applications in the Pharmaceutical/Medical sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support assessment, planning, testing, implementation, and hyper care IT activities for separation and disentanglement related to IT commercial applications for MedTech EMEA.
  • Coordinate activities such as non-regression testing, legal entities separation impact, archiving and data extraction, and data/access logical separation for TSA execution.
  • Partner with PMO, program members, IT Product Lines, and Business IT to track and monitor program activities, identify interdependencies, issues/risks, and potential mitigations.
  • Communicate periodically on project progress, KPIs, and escalate delays or blocking points as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate with other IT teams globally and within the region.

Key Skills:

  • Master's Degree/Advanced degree in Information Technology.
  • A minimum of 5 years of strong program and project management experience in a complex international matrixed environment.
  • Working knowledge of portfolio and project management methodologies/concepts (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Proficient in standard office tools (Office 365), including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Program Manager/Project Manager (Pharmaceutical/Medical).

For this role you can work fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

Support assessment, planning, testing, Implementation and hyper care IT activities for the separation and disentanglement activities related to IT commercial applications for MedTech EMEA.

Activities may include, but are not limited to, non-regression testing, Legal Entities separation impact, archiving and data extraction, Data/access logical separation for TSA execution, contract impact for new software and hardware licenses, interfaces.

All these activities need to be coordinated with the respective application owners and Business Technology Leads.

Closely partner with PMO, programme members, IT Product Lines and Business IT to track and monitor activities within the program, identify interdependencies, issues/risks and potential mitigations, lessons learned and escalations.

Communicates periodically on project progresses KPI's and escalates adequately in case of delays or blocking points.

Effectively communicate with other IT teams globally and within the region.

Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge required Master's Degree/Advance degree in Information Technology is required A minimum of 5 years of strong programme and project management experience in complex international matrixed environment is required.

Working knowledge of portfolio and project management methodology's/concepts (Agile/Waterfall) is required, qualification is a plus.

Proficient in use of standard office tools (Office 365), such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams.

Working knowledge of data visualization tools (eg PowerrBI) is preferred
