Summary: The Product Manager role within the digital product team is pivotal for driving product outcomes that address significant business challenges in the healthcare sector. The position involves defining the vision, strategy, and objectives for product areas and executing this vision across various applications and user groups. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and simplifying complex problems into actionable product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involved in product discovery through product delivery.
- Collaborate with business partners, users, designers, and engineering to ensure solutions achieve business objectives.
- Perform story mapping exercises with your team to break down work for development.
- Identify cross-team dependencies impacting or impacted by your product lane.
- Prepare for and participate in Roadmap Planning and sprint activities.
- Partner closely with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure products meet all requirements.
- Guide the creation of user-facing communication and education related to features.
- Partner with product leadership to refine vision and strategy for your product area.
- Partner with engineering and UX/research to execute discovery activities that bring to light user needs.
- Collaborate with the UX team to create usable experiences validated through rapid feedback.
- Perform end-user shadowing, conduct interviews, and collaborate with clinic, operations, and business stakeholders to identify user problems to solve.
- Identify and track OKRs for outcome-based advancements of the product.
- Use data in formulating problem statements and solution hypotheses that are quantifiable.
- Leverage product analytics to make informed decisions and monitor product performance.
- Evaluate and prioritize potential features and align them to respective OKRs.

Key Skills:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2+ years in an agile environment focused on digital products.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and analytical skills.
- Skilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in an organization that changes quickly and build expertise in unfamiliar domains.
- Knowledge of nephrology practices, electronic healthcare records (EHR) systems, or providing care for renal patients (preferred).
- Experience writing requirements for user stories or software features and creating complex presentations (preferred).
- Experience building health tech products and "0-to-1" products from inception to launch (preferred).
- Ability to inspire those around you to care about and understand the "why" behind a solution (preferred).

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Our digital product team is critical to enabling our healthcare platform, and we are growing! We have an opportunity for a Product Manager to drive product outcomes which solve critical business problems. Your primary activities will include defining vision, strategy, and OKRs for your product area, and then executing your product vision across one or many applications for one or many user groups.
We are looking for someone who is an expert relationship builder, has a bias towards action, can collaborate with cross-functional teams, and is obsessive about breaking down complex problems into product solutions with their engineering, design, and stakeholder teams.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in product management or a related field.
