Power BI lead

Summary: The BI Lead position involves leading the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive Business Intelligence solutions on AWS. The role requires collaboration with business and technology teams to establish BI strategies and ensure data quality through robust ETL processes. Additionally, the BI Lead will manage a team of developers and analysts while continuously evaluating new technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end BI solutions on AWS.
• Architect and optimize data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses using AWS services such as Redshift, Glue, Athena, S3, Lambda, and Quicksight.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define BI strategy, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Build and maintain robust ETLELT processes to ensure data quality, accuracy, and availability.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to deliver insights to business users.
• Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards for all BI and data assets.
• Continuously evaluate new AWS and BI technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
