Summary: The Power BI Developer role focuses on leveraging extensive experience in Power BI and SQL Server within the healthcare domain. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate healthcare reporting needs into clean, well-designed dashboards and KPIs.
- Utilize Power BI for data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Optimize SQL Server performance through T-SQL, stored procedures, and indexing.
- Work with healthcare data structures, including claims and clinical data.
- Implement data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical healthcare stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling PHI.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Health Informatics, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
