Summary: This role is for a remote Peoplesoft Finance Technical Consultant with expertise in PeopleSoft Financial modules. The consultant will address user issues, manage technical problems, and collaborate with process consultants to improve processes. The position requires significant experience in PeopleSoft financials and the ability to execute technical upgrades. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required for applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address user issues and resolve technical problems.
- Manage tickets and product service requests.
- Perform configuration updates and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with customer process consultants and SMEs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical upgrades of PeopleSoft software.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure upgrades are completed on schedule and within budget.
Key Skills:
- 10 to 12 years of PeopleSoft financials functional/technical experience.
- Expertise in PeopleTools, SQL, and related tools.
- Experience with at least three full-life cycle PeopleSoft upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Designer, and other development tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.55 or higher.

Job Description:
Peoplesoft Finance Technical Consultant with knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft Financial modules.
The selected candidate should be able to address User issues, resolve technical problems, manage tickets, product service requests and perform needed configuration updates. Interact with customer process consultants and SME?s, perform root cause analysis where required and improve processes.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within the United States. Occasionally one may need to travel.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (without any dual citizenship)
10 to 12 years of PeopleSoft financials functional/Technical experience.
Issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis, recommend to complex issues.
Expert in using people tools, SQL and other tools. Focusing on areas Payables, Receivables, Billing, General Ledger and Treasury.
Previous experience with at least three full-life cycles PeopleSoft upgrades as a technical team member
Plan, coordinate, and execute the technical upgrade of Peoplesoft software .
Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, PeopleSoft debugging, tracing and other PeopleSoft development tools .
Collaborate with other technical teams and vendors to ensure that the upgrade is completed on schedule and within budget.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation and configuration guides, upgrade plans, testing strategies and user manuals.
