The Truth: This is not a traditional "Investor Relations" job. We are not looking for someone to manage a CRM or send newsletters. We are looking for a Rainmaker. Norland Capital is an Independent Sponsor focused on LMM (Lower Middle Market) buyouts. We have the proprietary deal flow and the execution team. We need the person who owns the capital relationships.
The Economics (How You Get Paid): We operate on a pure "Eat What You Kill" model. Success Fees: You earn a competitive Capital Placement Fee (Cash) on every deal you fund Structure: This is a commission-only, partner-track role with uncapped earning potential.
The Mandate: Own the Network: You have direct access to Family Offices, UHNWIs, and Private Allocators. Own the Close: You manage the investor lifecycle from the first call to the wire hitting the escrow account. Partner Status: You are not an employee. You sit at the decision-making table regarding capital strategy.
Who You Are: You are an ex-Investment Banker, Private Banker, or Fund Raiser who is tired of capped bonuses. A proven track record of raising capital across multiple market cycles (we value closed deals over years served) You understand the Independent Sponsor / Deal-by-Deal model. You are financially secure enough to bet on your own ability to close.
