Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Sales Cloud implementation, including requirement gathering, design workshops, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, identify gaps, and propose scalable Oracle Sales Cloud solutions.
  • Configure Sales Cloud modules, including: Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Sales Forecasting and Quotas, Territory Management, Reports and Dashboards, Approvals and Workflow Automation.
  • Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations with ERP, Marketing, and other enterprise applications.
  • Support UAT sessions, resolve functional issues, and ensure smooth go-live.
  • Mentor and guide junior functional consultants.
  • Ensure solution aligns with Oracle best practices and client business requirements.

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud implementations.
  • Proven experience as a Functional Lead in end-to-end Sales Cloud implementations.
