Oracle EBS Manufacturing Functional

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Consultant to provide ongoing support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modules such as Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Inventory, Discrete Manufacturing, Quality, MES, Services, and Cost Management. This role is fully remote and requires a strong understanding of Oracle R12 Manufacturing functionalities. The position is expected to last for over six months with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the creation and maintenance of product structures, including components and subassemblies using Oracle Bills of Material (BOM).
• Track the production process, including job scheduling, resource allocation, and production reporting with Oracle Work in Process (WIP).
• Provide detailed cost tracking and analysis for manufacturing operations using Oracle Cost Management.
• Manage inventory levels, track inventory transactions, and ensure accurate inventory records with Oracle Inventory.
• Oversee quality control processes, including inspections, tests, and quality reporting with Oracle Quality.
• Provide real-time shop floor control and execution capabilities using Oracle Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Support discrete manufacturing processes, including job-based production, assembly, and component tracking with Oracle Discrete Manufacturing.
• Retrieve data from different tables to comprehend the current system status using SQL skills.
• Detect data integrity problems, such as orphaned records through data integrity checks.
• Conduct ad-hoc queries to address business inquiries or supply data for decision-making.
