Summary: The role of Oracle E Business Suite Discrete Manufacturing Functional Consultant involves leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS solutions tailored to discrete manufacturing processes. The consultant will conduct process analyses, manage data migrations, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integrations and deployments. This position is remote and is offered on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Design and configure manufacturing solutions aligned with business processes and industry best practices.
- Conduct AS IS / TO BE process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution workshops.
- Provide functional architecture and guidance for complex manufacturing scenarios.
- Work closely with technical teams on Customizations, Integrations, Reports and Data Conversions.
- Support data migration and conversion activities for Items, BOMs, routings, WIP jobs, and costs.
- Validate integrations with external systems such as MES, PLM, CPQ, and legacy applications.
- Prepare functional specification.
