Summary: The Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Absence (OTL/ABS) Lead is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Time & Absence modules in a large-scale implementation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Time & Absence (OTL/ABS) modules
  • Drive end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and optimize Time & Absence processes
  • Provide functional expertise and leadership within the Oracle Cloud HCM team
  • Support integration efforts with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and high-quality solutions
  • Act as a key point of contact between business users and technical teams

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Absence (OTL/ABS) Lead to support a large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Time and Absence modules and proven experience leading end-to-end implementations.
