Summary: The Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Absence (OTL/ABS) Lead is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Time & Absence modules in a large-scale implementation. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in the relevant modules and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end implementations and will act as a key point of contact between business users and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Time & Absence (OTL/ABS) modules
- Drive end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and optimize Time & Absence processes
- Provide functional expertise and leadership within the Oracle Cloud HCM team
- Support integration efforts with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and high-quality solutions
- Act as a key point of contact between business users and technical teams
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Absence (OTL/ABS)
- Minimum 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (end-to-end)
- Proven experience leading Time & Absence module implementations
