Summary: The OMS (Salesforce/IBM Sterling) Product Owner role involves leading the implementation of order management systems with a focus on IBM Sterling and Salesforce. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Customer Product Owner to create backlogs and features.
- Collaborate with Customer SMEs and consultants to create user stories and write them in JIRA board, including story sizing.
- Assist Customer in prioritizing requirements.
- Validate requirements/agile stories in subsequent phases of the project, including Agile Sprint Demo validation.
- Provide insights on order management capabilities.
- Support Customer in product management activities related to order orchestration.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IBM Sterling OMS/Salesforce OMS implementation or product ownership.
- Strong knowledge of Agile processes.
- Experience in creating user stories and managing backlogs in JIRA.
- Ability to prioritize requirements effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
