Summary: The Microsoft Dynamic D365 Functional Consultant role requires strong hands-on experience with various Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and a proven background in configuration, functional design, and reporting. The consultant will engage in Fit/Gap analysis and process mapping while demonstrating a solid understanding of key business processes. Familiarity with complementary tools such as Power Platform and Azure DevOps is essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, SCM, CE, Sales, Marketing, Service, HR, or equivalent).
- Proven background in D365 configuration, functional design, workflows, PowerApps, and reporting.
- Experience in Fit/Gap analysis, process mapping, and solution blueprinting.
- Strong understanding of business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Supply Chain, CRM operations, or relevant domain.
- Familiarity with complementary tools such as Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure DevOps (ADO), and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in agile, hybrid, or traditional project delivery environments.
