Summary: The Marketing Programs Manager will oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across EMEA, APAC, and the US, focusing on webinars, virtual events, and trade shows to drive engagement and business growth. This role is part of the Lifecycle Marketing team and requires collaboration with Sales, Product, and Solutions teams. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in the UK. Occasional travel for in-person events in EMEA is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver marketing programs across multiple regions, including webinars, virtual events, and in-person trade shows
- Partner with regional sales teams and vendors to execute EMEA events aligned with global demand generation goals
- Manage logistics and promotion for global webinars, including post-event follow-up
- Support APAC campaigns tailored to local market needs, including platform-specific promotions and event coordination
- Collaborate with agencies and third-party partners for program execution
- Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and success metrics
- Maintain marketing calendars and document quarterly plans
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices for global program delivery
Key Skills:
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Proven experience in webinar and event execution
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and campaign workflows
- Experience managing multi-region marketing initiatives (EMEA and APAC)
