Lead/Sr. Workday Extend Developer (Only w2)

Summary: The Lead/Sr. Workday Extend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations and custom solutions using Workday Extend. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires strong technical skills in Workday reporting and data transformation. The position is remote and has a duration of 12+ months with the possibility of extension. Workday certifications in Integration and Extend are mandatory for applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Orchestrate.
• Build and support custom solutions using Workday Extend, including PMD scripting, orchestration flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Leverage hands-on experience with JSON, XML, and XSLT to transform and manage data across systems.
• Create and optimize Workday reports, Calculated Fields, and Data Conversion processes to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and support Workday Extend applications, integrations, and configurations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and maintain documentation for all integration and Extend development activities.
