Summary: The Lead ServiceNow Developer role is focused on designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions specifically within Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) for a large-scale enterprise banking environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on development experience and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions across ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules
- Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
- Configure and customize components such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs
- Develop solutions using client-side and server-side JavaScript
- Build front-end functionality with AngularJS
- Customize the platform using UI Pages, UI Macros, CMS, HTML, and CSS
- Design and implement REST integrations and Scripted REST APIs
- Work with ServiceNow API architecture to integrate enterprise systems
- Configure Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) including queues, channels, and assignment rules
- Manage agent presence and capacity
- Troubleshoot Agent Chat and Configurable Workspace
- Develop ServiceNow portals, pages, and widgets
- Implement custom logic within Service Portal using AngularJS
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and improve workflows
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
