Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Java-based replatform migration patterns and upgrade Java apps/middleware to supported versions.
- Modify application and configuration components to ensure compatibility with AWS Outposts (no functional changes).
- Support end-to-end migration lifecycle: deployment, testing, validation, and cutover activities.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform, and Git-based workflows.
- Upgrade or configure middleware platforms such as WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss/WildFly, Tomcat.
- Package, containerize, and deploy applications using Docker/Kubernetes (ECS/EKS preferred).
- Optimize app performance and troubleshoot migration-related issues.
- Work with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Maintain documentation, knowledge transfer, and production readiness validation.
